Have you ever been so overwhelmed with worry, overthinking, and imagining worst case scenarios that you felt out of control? Then there's the headaches, stomachaches, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, or shakiness. When you finally talk to someone for support, they tell you to just stop worrying. You would if you could! You know you're being irrational but your body is so flooded with stress hormones that it's telling you there's danger you need to avoid.

That fear of the unknown can be paralyzing. Anxiety can be so powerful that it truly feels like you won't be able to manage what's coming next, but I promise that's not true. I'll teach you ways to calm down your body so you can access rational thinking and challenge your thoughts. When you learn how to ground yourself and trust in your ability to face the unknown, you can control your anxiety so it no longer controls you.
