Online Individual Therapy for Teens & Young Adult Women

Who I Work With
%20(11)_edited.png)
I support teens and young adult women who want a space that feels warm, steady, and deeply human.
My clients are often navigating:
Anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
Life transitions (high school → college → adulthood)
Identity questions and self-esteem struggles
Perfectionism and pressure to "keep it together"
Relationship stress and people-pleasing
Neurodivergence and masking
Big emotions that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to express
You don't need the perfect words or a clear starting point.
You just have to show up — and we'll figure things out together.

What I Help With
Whatever brings you here, you're not alone —
these are some of the challenges I often support clients through.

Anxiety & overthinking
Stress & burnout
Perfectionism
Self-esteem
Social anxiety & masking
Emotional overwhelm
Identity exploration
Relationship patterns
Navigating college or major life transitions
This work isn't about memorizing coping skills.
It's about understanding yourself so you can move through life with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Why Online Therapy Works
(Especially for Teens & College Students)
Online therapy lets you get support without rearranging your entire life.
You can meet from your bedroom, dorm, or apartment — wherever you feel most grounded.
Virtual therapy is especially helpful for teens and college students because:
It feels familiar and comfortable
There's no commute, no waiting room, no added stress
You can show up exactly as you are
You get consistent support, even if you move or go off to college
It makes therapy more flexible and accessible

It gives you one place in your week that doesn't change — even when everything else does.

What It's Like to Work With Me
Warm. Real. Compassionate. Honest.

Therapy with me is supportive and grounded — but also real and human.
You'll get a therapist who is:
Deeply compassionate
Easy to talk to
Thoughtful with words — but honest when it matters
Not afraid to gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck
Attuned to your nervous system and emotional pacing
Able to hear the story underneath what you're saying
Caring, steady, and engaged
You won't get sugarcoating or "therapy robot" language.
You also won't get harshness or judgment.
Instead, you might hear things like:
"Help me understand what was going on there…"
"Do you think that choice aligns with your goals?"
"I'm curious — what were you hoping for in that
moment?"
"Okay — walk me through what happened next."
"It sounds like you got in your own way. Let's
explore why."
Always kind. Always authentic. Always aimed at helping you grow.
And the truth is — therapy isn't always heavy.

Sometimes you process big emotions.
Sometimes you vent to make sense of things.
Sometimes you spill the tea and I listen like, "Oh wow, tell me everything."
Sometimes I share pieces of my own experience so you don't feel alone.
You get support from a real human — not a script.
You get to show up exactly as you are, and well figure things out together.

If Being Seen Feels Scary… You're Not Alone
Many of my clients arrive carrying masks they've worn for years — carefully crafted ways of showing up that feel safer than revealing their full selves.
Not because you're fake.
But because the world hasn't always felt safe enough for you to be your whole self.
Being truly seen can feel like stepping into bright daylight after sitting in a dark theater.
It's vulnerable.
It's overwhelming.
And it can bring up questions like:
"What if the real me pushes people away?"
"What if I'm not actually a good person?"
"What if who I am is too much — or not enough?"

Here's the truth:
You don't have to take off your mask to sit with me.
You don't have to share anything before you're ready.
You don't have to have yourself figured out yet.
We go slowly.
You set the pace.
And when you're ready, we gently explore the parts of your story that want to be known — and the parts that feel safer in the dark.
My role isn't to drag anything into the light.
It's to help you feel safe enough to turn on the light yourself.
And over time — through the uncertainty and the shadows — you begin to find steadiness, clarity, and hope.
Because through the darkness, we find our light.

Why This Work Matters
Emotional regulation — learning how to name what you feel and actually work with it
Self-trust — learning to believe in yourself
Confidence — the grounded kind, not the performative kind
Resilience — your ability to move through hard things with more steadiness
Healthier relationships — with others and with yourself
Clearer decision-making — because you finally understand what you want
A calmer mind — less spiraling, more clarity
A stronger sense of self — knowing who you are, not who you think you "should" be

Therapy isn't about paying for 50 minutes.
It's about choosing to invest in yourself — in ways that last far beyond the session.
It's investing in:
This work shapes how you move through the world — not just now, but for the rest of your life.
You deserve support that doesn't just get you through the moment, but helps you build who you're becoming.
You're not just showing up for therapy. You're showing up for you.

A Note for Parents

If you're here because you're worried about your teen or young adult daughter, you're not alone.
I'm warm, compassionate, and deeply supportive —
and I'm also honest.
I don't enable unhealthy choices or only "validate" everything.
I help your child feel safe, seen, and understood… while also guiding them toward accountability, self-awareness, and alignment with their values.
I support them — and I also gently challenge them when it's needed, in ways that build confidence rather than shame.
And I keep you appropriately in the loop, respecting both confidentiality and your role as a caring parent.
We're on the same team.

Ready to Begin?

If something in you is saying, "I think I need this," that's worth listening to.
You don't have to be certain.
You don't have to be ready.
You don't have to keep carrying all of this by yourself.
And if there's a part of you pulling you toward support, that's worth trusting.
Whenever you're ready — I'm here.
